ULASAN2 - The Apple v. Samsung Lawsuit

Pada tulisan ini saya akan membahas tentang Hak Kekayaan Intelektual yang dihubungkan dengan isu Apple yang menuduh Samsung menggunakan yang paten-paten milik Apple. Isu tersebut bersumber dari video berjudul "The Apple v. Samsung Lawsuit "  yang diunggah oleh kanal TechnoBuffalo. Video yang telah ditonton lebih dari 148.000 kali tersebut dapat diakses melalui URL  https://youtu.be/M0nHKdSehDQ  dan  memiliki durasi 6 menit 39 detik. Pada tahun 2012, Apple menuntut Samsung ke pengadilan untuk memberhentikan penjualan beberapa produknya di pasar Amerika Serikat karena telah melanggar paten yang dimiliki Apple. Tiga paten utama yang dituntut Apple adalah rotasi layar, desain Galaxy Tab 10.1 yang mirip dengan iPad, dan kinetic scroll  dari iPhone. Selain itu, Apple juga menuntut Samsung untuk membayar 2.5 Milyar Dolar sebagai ganti rugi paten yang telah ditiru.
